CDE as a lease-holding company is introducing new methods of management which should lead to an optimum exploitation of the facilities and consequently to an improvement in the quality of the product and service.

It maintains the existing facilities so as to improve on efficiency, and has simplified the conditions for obtaining connections in a bid to facilitate access to potable water for the population

The CDE Commercial branches and Centres spread all over the area under lease comprise all the services to provide answers to your requests concerning:

  • Enquiries
  • Request for connection/subscription
  • Request for subscription
  • Settlement of bills
  • Processing of complaints (erroneous bill, undelivered bill, stolen meter, blocked meter, unreadable meter reading)
  • Repairs of damages on meter or connection
  • Request for termination of subscription

With a view to shortening the response time and providing neighbourhood services, the cities of Douala and Yaounde each have five commercial branches.

You do not need a middleman.
