CDE has developed a new consumer management application which will be commissioned in the next few days. This application is a response to technological developments, the requirements of the lease contract and the performance contract, and of course the expectations of operators and customers.

Web friendly, this application allows you to centralize data and ensure the following operations, in the event of network availability:
-    Identifying a client (subscriber or not) in a unique way within the whole CDE system
-    Settle your bill(s) regardless of where your account is located
-    After settling  a bill, choose to be reimbursed or to deposit the change in one’s account
-    Receive a receipt showing the detailed items of the settlement
-    Get information on the detailed situation in your account at any CDE Centre / Branch managed in real time
-    Perform a single settlement for customers with multiple facilities scattered throughout the territory.
